Project Overview
The company currenly have a customer portal where user can gain insight of the security of their estate in one application. The application has become outdated comparitivly to more recently released app, the userflow is inefficient and there are now standalone applications for some services which could be utilised instead of interal portal pages.
My Contributions
This project is currently still in progress but at this stage I've completed significant work to improve the user flow and navigation, improved the messaging displayed to users when if they don't subscribe to particular services, or there is no data for the date range or service they have selected, along with completely reskinning the application inline with newer apps.
